Welcome to For the Glory, soldier! We are an intermediate roleplay about the anime/manga Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin). Our story begins soon after the battle for Trost, leaving our characters, worn, battered and distraught. The popular district is currently overrun with titans, leaving it useless for any sort of cause that could aid in humanity’s fight. Those in the military are currently trying to devise a plan to take back Trost, and an operation will be put into place - that is, as soon as they acquire enough warm bodies to do so. Until then, they are in the midst of a hiatus, training as many cadets as possible to help them in carrying out their plan. The fight against the tyrannous beasts that rule over this world is as ruthless and relentless as ever, and it is up to you, soldier, to decide where our story will turn. Will humanity be able to retake Trost, or will it forever be in the merciless grasp of the titans? The answer is up to you.

That's right kids! You'll be able to make threads to battle three types of Titans!
Now, these won't be easy, so it is best to enter into a thread with a group of others to better your chances of success.
The options will be 3 meter Titans, 7 meter Titans, and 10 meter Titans. As you go up in height, the difficulty rises. If your group is defeated, there is no need to worry that someone has been eaten, we'll leave that to our wonderful, nameless NPCs. However, this means that your characters will be injured and in need of recovery.
Now, to make sure that this works properly, you must allow pop ups from this site. If pop ups are blocked, then you won't get the notifications that you need for the thread.
To create a Titan Battle thread, the player creating the thread will see a drop down menu beneath the thread title bar. There you can pick which type of Titans you will be fighting. After that initial post, it should take four posts for the Titan to show up, giving players time to introduce their characters into the thread. The fourth person to post should get the appearance pop up. The player following that will need to go to the MAIN reply box. You CANNOT use Quick Reply. Beside your usual post reply button, you will see the ATTACK button. Press that to post! After that first post, you may now use the Quick Reply box, but still must press ATTACK.
All players will count their own HP. HP for cadets will start at 300, and 400 for all other military. Ways to boost this will become available. Each Titan attack will come with a damage number done to players, and remaining life of the Titan. As stated before, this will NOT be easy. Threads should end upon the defeat of the Titan, or all the players have hit zero.
CADETS Please note that CADETS(other than canon cadets that have already fought Titans) will be able to enter into Titan Battle threads AFTER 20 posts. This will be your "training," and cadet characters will be welcome to participate in Titan threads once they've reached this requirement.
Other ways to affect the Titan Battle threads may become available in the future. Keep an eye out for an announcement regarding this!
